The finca has an 8x4 metre swimming pool which opens out to views over the lake to the mountains above Loja in the far distance. 

In addition, there are 2 further terraces, each enjoying views of the lake and hills beyond.

The house itself has been imaginatively laid out to allow for rental of a 2 bedroom annex as part of the overall building. 

The annex includes:- 

• 2 bedrooms (one twin, one double)  

• kitchen/dining area

• breakfast terrace

• sun terrace

• pool and pool terrace
