Generally, the front door opens onto the lounge area which is fully furnished and complete with a log burning stove for the cooler months. Turning right from this door stairs to your left and straight on is the fully fitted and equipped kitchen to your right and dinning room to your left.

On the upper floor to the left is a comfortable double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. To the right of the stairs is a well fitted shower room and a second bedroom.

The cottage has its own generator for electrical supply

Situated at the top of a winding track, some 5 km before Fuente del Conde off the Iznajar-Loja road, Casa en la Colina is a two bed roomed newly reformed cottage. 

Great care has been taken by the owners to ensure that both externally and internally the cottage has been retained in a rustic and traditional style

The cottage has an 8 x 4 metre swimming pool and a front terrace with mountain views. 

We are short of photographs of the interior as the cottage is very newly available for holiday letting and at present is occupied until March 2006.
