The house can be let as one, sleeping up to ten, or
divided to provide two private but interconnected
homes. Ideal for two families or groups who enjoy
their own privacy but who would would also enjoy
sharing the same accommodation.
Outside there are two terraces and BBQ's, one serves
the front house and the other the rear.To the side,
there is a 6 by 4m private swimming pool.
La Coqueta's peaceful countryside location also
provides the perfect base for exploring Andalucia.
Many of the areas main attractions are less than an
hour away and the house is easily reached from either
Malaga (50 mins) or Granada (40 mins) airports. The
house is an easy 10 minute drive from Villanueva del
Trabuco, a typical 'white' Andalucian village. Three
banks, bars restaurants and good local shopping.
