Car Hire...

Served by many airlines offering attractive fares from most UK & other European airports. Particularly worth a mention are low fares that are offered outside of the main holiday season. There are now flights from several UK airports to Granada Airport. Well worth looking into, Granada is about 75km east of Iznajar close to the main east/west motorway, the A-92. This route to Iznajar is a little shorter and certainly less busy.  Car hire at both Malaga  and Granada  airports is inexpensive and with plenty of choice of renting company & type of car, typical rental cost for a small car is maybe 12 Euros per day.

The route from both airports, although it does get busy around Malaga at times, is generally via good, un-crowded roads taking maybe 60 mins.  Directions & a map will be provided when your booking is confirmed.

Iznajar is equally well served for road access from the North, East & West being just North of the main east/west Seville-Granada road the A92. This being linked to routes to the north via Madrid or Cordoba. The nearest Spanish seaports from more northern Europe are Santander & Bilbao, about 9/12 hours driving from here. From the French ports probably better to travel over two days, staying overnight in the Bilbao area of northern Spain
