Nestling in one of the olive clad hillsides of Andalucia is Los Tiros, a typical rural Spanish country cottage  It is situated in the outskirts of the small village of Fuente del Conde. The property is approximately 100 years old and has recently been renovated and refurbished, but retains it's traditional rustic charm.  

The centre of the village is a 5 minute walk from the property and has a small supermarket that will sell all the essentials for your stay in Los Tiros. bread is baked freshly every day at the local bakery (below the supermarket). The village also has a small bar with a newly built restaurant serving simple but good local food lunchtimes & evenings. 

  The property is entered through gates leading onto a vine covered patio and courtyard with a pine table for al fresco dining whilst taking in the stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

The cottage is on two floors. The lower floor has the master en-suite bedroom, lounge, dinning room and fully fitted and equipped kitchen. 

Throughout the cottage has been tastefully fitted and converted to include exposed original beam, a log burner, antique furniture to retain a truly Andalucian appearance and feel.

There is a television, a CD and tape micro system and a Play Station is available for hire One of the first floor bedrooms with exposed ceiling beams. An unusual feature of this room is an old animal food store which has been converted into a wardrobe.

On the first floor are two additional bedrooms sharing a shower room

The secluded swimming pool is reached by a flight of steps has a terrace with sun loungers. The pool depth is approx. 1.8 - 2.0 metres.

Prices for 2007

Prices are for the property per week, not per person, and include gas, electricity, towels, bed linen and a ‘welcome pack’ of groceries. Beach towels are not provided.
